Obituary for Sandra Robinson

LEWISTON — Sandra V. Robinson passed away on Saturday, Aug. 30, after a brief illness, with her sister and children by her side. Sandra was born to Gerald and Ruth Vaughan in Waterville in 1938. She was a lifelong resident of Dixfield. Sandra was educated in the Dixfield School System and worked at SAD 21 for 30-plus years, retiring in 1996. She took her greatest pleasure in watching her children and grandchildren grow in life. Sandra is survived by her husband of 58 years, Terrance Robinson; sister, Sarah Drury; three children and their spouses, Rene and Jimmy Green, Pamela and Barry Averill and James and Marcy Robinson; six grandchildren, Matthew, Adam, Jeffrey, Jacob, Hannah and Riley; and two great-grandchildren, Emmaline and Vincent. Sandra is also survived by her beloved ragdoll cat, Belle. Sandra was predeceased by her father, Gerald Vaughan; mother, Ruth Vaughan; sister, Marylin Beames; and brother, Gerald Vaughan Jr. At Sandra’s request, there will be no services.
