Rhonda, and her late husband, Kurt Rosell, raised their son, Adam Wiles-Rosell in Farmington, where they resided at the Remembrance Center location In Farmington. She presently resides in Belgrade Lakes, Maine.
She is a graduate of Mt. Blue High School, Farmington; Boston University, School of Public Communication and New England Institute, in Boston, Massachusetts. She has supported her community by serving on a variety of volunteer Boards of Directors: Franklin Memorial Hospital; Western Maine Palliative Care and hospice Coalition; Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice Board and Franklin County Children's Task Force Board of Directors. She is a former member of the RSU9 All Sports Boosters Club. She is a past-President of the Maine Funeral Director's Association and is a current member of NFDA.
She advocates for and supports educational efforts in her community, as well as throughout the State, on end of life care issues, educating others on issues of loss, grief and mourning. She was privileged to present a paper at an International Hospice Conference at the University of Bath, England, on Death and Final Disposition. Her paper and presentation, titled, “The Tucking In Time,” was the sole presentation of a licensed funeral service practitioner.
Rhonda is a certified celebrant and a Notary Public. She enjoys helping families design personalized services that are in keeping with the culture of each family. She also offers continuing education programs for health care providers, school systems, insurance companies, small businesses, and local churches.
Her personal interests include listening to music of all genres, reading, writing, fishing, boating, collecting antiques, and travelling.
