The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Eric Holteen can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Solera Spagnuolo

My best goes out to his family and all his closest friends; and a special thanks to the creation of this page in memory of Eric. I don't have an extensive history with Eric as I only met him two winters ago, but in the past 5 months we had formed a unique friendship that I won't be able to find with anyone else. Eric was an extremely talented person with a dynamic personality and after a month it is still hard to accept that a man who expressed so much character is no longer with us. It is sad to think of all the plans we had for this summer (a tree house, road trips in his -incredibly cool- new jeep, and everything else a summer on the lake brings with the season), that only over a month ago we planned on doing, will not become future memories. I miss him everyday as I cannot avoid driving by his driveway, seeing a trap left from winter still standing in the woods, or the simple void he has left that will be present each winter and summer I spend on the lake without him. He is dearly missed in my family. -Solera Spagnuolo
