Condolence: Betty was known as the "lady with the Greyhounds," when Herb & I moved to the Belgrade area 25 years ago. Then we became acquainted through her interest & help in re-establishing Union Church as a year round place of worship. In the begining, her real-estate office was used as a Sunday School Room, & we soon had an adult & childrens choir under her direction. Betty's enthusiasim & love of music added a beautiful dimension to our worship for many years. From then on, our friendship grew & Betty was the person with the smile who always seemed to have all the time in the world to stop & talk & listen, as though we were her best friends. She will be missed. Herb & Dorothy Spencer

Condolence: Betty Grant, Wow!!!!! So many memories, from a Friend, music, dance teacher, mentor, employer. A beautiful woman with such a beautiful spirit and so full of life. Betty since I was born has always been a huge part of our family. Full of laughter and tears. It is so hard to put into words how Betty has such a huge place in my heart and my life. We have had so many good times and I think my entire family worked at Woodland Camps. Betty's mom and Dad were a huge part of our lives. Betty's Husband Clayton always given kids in town a job, a smile, something to eat, even the troubled kids that some folks would have nothing to do with. I can still see Betty singing in the Village Inn stepping out the back door, into our yard microphone in hand, singing "Stardust" to my mom . We have shared the most personal thoughts, dreams and conversations together. Betty was a true friend. Betty you will never be forgotten. Every summer when all of us get together, we always talk about how Belgrade Lakes used to be. You were one of the core people that made it what is was. So many lives you have touched in so many ways. May you rest in Peace now, God Bless you. Cheryl Barker "AND YES I ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT DOUBLE BALL CHANGE!"

Elizabeth (Betty) Clement Kelly Grant was our biggest cheerleader to standing tall and being the best we can be.
