Condolence From: Roy Littlefield
Condolence: My sincere condolences Doug to you at the loss of your Dad. Your Dad was a great friend and a great person. I so enjoyed my visits with him. I will always remember the stories he told about his Dad's dealership, his days in Washington, his college days at UNH, the time he served in the Maine state legislature, and you and your brother and your Mom. He was always so proud of you, and whenever your name was mentioned he beamed with excitement, happiness, and love. Being from New England, I especially enjoyed his Maine humor. I will miss your Dad, but I will never forget him. I don't think anyone ever lived life to the fullest like your Dad. His friendship really meant a lot to me. God bless. Roy Littlefield

Condolence: My mom and dadGail and Con de la Motte rented Sue and Allan's little yellow camp for many summers. Whenever I took my daughters Aimee and Nicole to visit, Allan would call them Fred and Charley. We never did figure out which girl was Fred and which was Charley:))))) Our family is sorry for your loss. Sincerely, Jeanne Edmunds

Condolence: I'll save most of my rememberances, of which I have many, for the upcoming service in Weld. I loved my "Crazy Uncle Allan"...he was so good to me and my brothers. His sense of humor was unbelievable which taught me that without a sense of humor, getting through life will not be easy. Whenever we were back in Maine, I would always try to visit Uncle Allan, and luckily, a couple of my children were able to meet their Great Uncle. I will miss him terribly, but will always enjoy the great memories he gave me. Keep 'em laughing in heaven, Uncle Allan, and I will join you there one day. Your nephew, Richard Loomis Jr.
