Obituary for Woodrow Adams

Farmington - Woodrow Allen Adams, 79, of Farmington, died Tuesday evening at his home in Farmington. He was born in Anson, Nov. 14, 1944, a son of Woodrow W. and Lois (Peters) Adams and was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was a hard-worker who could do about anything but was especially gifted as a mechanic and heavy equipment operator. He most recently had worked as a truck driver. He enjoyed fishing and watching NASCAR.

He is survived by his companion of over 25 years, Nancy Thebeault of Farmington; children, Andrew Vining and Sue Vining, both of ME; brother, Harold Adams and his wife, Barbara of TN; sister, Betty Bernard of Farmington; several nieces and nephews; He was predeceased by a son William Vining.

Spring interment will be at Fairview Cemetery in Farmington on his parents lot. Memories may be shared in his Book of Memories at www.wilesrc.com. Wiles Remembrance Centers of Farmington is honored to be caring for his cremation care.
