Farmington- Richard William Kenney, 76, of Chesterville, died early Thursday afternoon, Oct. 27, 2022 at Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington with his wife by his side. He was born in Farmington, Nov. 9, 1945, a son of William F. and Melvina Joan de' Arc (Dufour) Kenney, Jr. and received his education in local schools. On Feb. 19, 1989, he married Suzanne Toothaker and they made their home in Chesterville, enjoying fishing, trapping, and hunting. Mr. Kenney was a veteran of the United States Army and worked for many years as a heavy equipment operator and a bar tender and was a chef at the Cabin Restaurant in Fairbanks, where he worked for Bucky and Mary Leighton. He is survived by his wife, Suzanne of Chesterville. There will be no services. Memories may be shared in his Book of Memories at www.wilesrc.com.
