Rangeley Plt - Harold Fay, 72, of Rangeley Plantation passed unexpectedly, Friday afternoon September 22 at his home. He was born in Rockville Center, NY, a son of Arthur and Alice (Donovan) Fay and was proud of his long-time career in law enforcement having worked as a patrol officer, trainer, Sgt., and Emergency Management Coordinator in Suffolk County New York before relocating to the Rangeley area with his wife, Joyce, in 2007 where he enjoyed the outdoors, music, and all of his grandkids.
